Perishable Products Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-baked bread and cakes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up. All sales are final upon pickup.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged or defective
- Incorrect (wrong item or missing items)
- Not up to our quality standards
Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at [your email] or [your phone number]. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit for a future purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Products (Bread & Cakes): You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are not eligible for refunds, as we prepare fresh products specifically for your order.
Workshop Registrations: Workshop cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop may receive a store credit at our discretion.
No-Show Policy
If you do not pick up your order during your scheduled pickup window and do not contact us within 24 hours, your order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
Local Pickup Only
All orders are for local pickup only. We do not ship our perishable products. Please ensure you select the correct pickup location and time when placing your order.
